An Appointment With Mother Nature he..he.. Wednesday, June 20, 2007

Somebody was pushing this idea ... well to camp overnight at Batu Apoi, Temburong. I'm an avid jungle trekker but never get the chance to experience it. Next weekend and that's it .. pretty short notice tho', so have to rush a bit getting the basic stuffs. We'll start with smaller group first, so if it goes well perhaps we might be selling the idea and get bigger crowds next time.

3 columns layout just lasted overnight. Trying out 2 columns but I want something different really. Gosh .. I'll be spending more time and efforts to figure out which one I'll be sticking to on a much longer term.

Blogging In Thai ?? Part 2 Wednesday, June 06, 2007


Another posting attempt going well than expected ..he.he. That's the view from the Pan Pacific Hotel's room. It's a 5 star hotel .. so naturally the level of comfort is just as expected. I think it's the same kind of comfort you would get by staying at Empire Hotel. That's 6,000 baht or close to B$300 per night but it's a company business trip so who cares really ....

It's only late tonite that I finally manage to get in touch with family back at home but unfortunately the kids are already in bed early. The quality of broadband internet is superb so video chatting is better and cheaper than using the phone.

Kind of daunting to blog when you're in Bangkok. But then again despite it, I managed to post this one out ... he.he.. blogging with "intuition". Now I know how it feels to be shortchanged with language barrier duhh...
