Sony Vaio UX180P Micro PC ... 1st look or maybe my last look ... Monday, July 17, 2006


It's arguably the world's 1st Micro PC with suggested price US $1,799. It's auctioned locally @ BlinkBlonk.com with starting price B$ 4,100 .... urggggh ... both hands clutching my neck .. with that disbelief look .. off course !! ... face turning blue already ... ha.ha...

When it comes to Sony, am not at all surprised but just forget it. Even if I got the spare cash, it ain't well spent I guess ... I'm still at loss why in the world do I spent more than $4k on my last laptop ... so won't make the same mistake again ... I know what you bought last summer ... gruesome eh...

Swimming Hazards ??

Never thought that I'll get susceptible to injures more likely when going for a swim .... hell no ... I'm wrong ... it does happen and considering the fact that it strikes twice makes me ponder that hazards are everywhere. The injuries inflicted are both similar i.e.. lacerations on my middle finger and my sole. The one on my finger is an inch long straight cut and if you ever peel an apple skin then you will understand more better what it looks like.

That's the price for being complacent and that should make me more wiser (hopefully) and very mindful in the future ... painful experience if you like .... he.he.. oh just be careful folks everywhere, anytime ... unless if you want to learn the painful lesson ... like I unfortunately did.

Monday To Start With .... oh not again ??? Monday, July 10, 2006

Kinda bored this afternoon at the office, so decided to revisit my ol' blogspot .... fiddle here and there a bit and repost new entries .. deleted the old postings (ouch !!!) ... I just don't have the right discipline to maintain a permanent blog ... sounds silly but that's the raw fact.

Well nothing much to expect for today really ... it's another Monday and what more to expect apart from another management compliments on our successful shutdown campaign. Wasn't really worth it ... if you need to show your gratitude or appreciation then shower us or reward us with the money ... compliments are nothing .... just another corporate sweet talk .... ha ha ha ...

Spend the whole lunch time with my hairdo and gosh it's really raining so heavy but for me it's a blessing to start your week with cold weather. Ideal time to snug in your warm bedsheet .... how I wish if I can exercise that option ... lol.

Got badminton final this evening to look forward too ... not really into it but thinking that we're just lucky to be in the final so might as well enjoy the occasion while it lasts. Won't be getting this opportunity to come cheap in the future.

I guess maybe the thoughts of my incoming split leave is distracting me from my usual self .... haven't taken my breaks since early this year so I feel it's long overdue now ... was very busy back then so now it's a breather having to only cope with closing out of my last campaign .... wheww that's my typical workcycle. I'm just not sure whether I enjoy my work or what .... well for sure I do enjoy the pay tho' ... what else do you expect out of your jobs then ... I rest my case ...
